Jin Guanhua

Jin Guanhua is a passionate educator and community leader who left a promising career to work in the grassroots of Aksu, Xinjiang. After earning his PhD from Central South University, he has been instrumental in implementing poverty alleviation projects and resolving local grievances. As a street party committee secretary, he has made significant contributions to workers' rights and community development. Currently, as a vice dean at Xinjiang University of Technology, he focuses on attracting high-level talent and enhancing educational quality, earning recognition for his innovative approaches.
