Jiuber de Jesús Guzmán

Jiuber de Jesús Guzmán, a Nicaraguan national from Ocotal, Nueva Segovia, was recently detained in Honduras for his alleged role as a bodyguard for Henry Salgado Jiménez, also known as 'el Frendy,' a leader of a criminal organization. He faces multiple charges, including attempted murder, conspiracy, and trafficking of weapons and explosives, and is linked to activities such as drug trafficking and sicariato. Guzmán was apprehended following a police operation on February 15, 2023, which resulted in a confrontation between law enforcement and members of the criminal gang he was associated with.
