Jo Gallagher

Jo Gallagher is the Integrated Operations Centre Manager for Secondary Triage at Hato Hone St John, responsible for overseeing the coordination of medical responses and ensuring that appropriate care is provided in urgent situations. Recently, Gallagher has been involved in addressing concerns regarding delays in transport services, specifically following incidents where patients have faced long waits for medical transportation. She is actively working with the Auckland Co-operative Taxi company to investigate the reasons behind such delays and is committed to improving access to urgent medical care.
