Joakim Hjertum

Joakim Hjertum is the head of the Road Department at the City Environment Agency (Bymiljøetaten) in Oslo, Norway. He was recently in the news discussing the city's plans for spring cleaning, amidst record warm temperatures that have melted snow and revealed gravel on the roads. Despite the unseasonably warm weather, he mentioned that the city would not start the spring cleaning earlier than usual, as there is still a risk of returning winter conditions.
