Joanilson Silva Gonçalves Júnior, a 29-year-old internet service provider owner, was tragically shot and killed in Magé, Brazil. His murder is believed to be linked to his expansion of internet services in areas controlled by criminal groups, including drug traffickers and militiamen. Despite receiving threats to cease his operations, he continued to challenge the dominance of these organizations, ultimately leading to his assassination while driving on the BR-116 highway.
