João Gondim

João Gondim, known as the 'Tubarão' of the real estate market, is a prominent businessman in Ceará, Brazil. He is the son of João Holanda Gondim, the founder of the renowned real estate company Predial. Gondim is currently involved in a luxury real estate project in Jericoacoara alongside singer Zezé Di Camargo and the incorporadora Gran Vellas, aiming to transform the area into a high-end tourist destination.
