Jocelyn Paniagua Gutiérrez

Jocelyn Paniagua Gutiérrez was a 28-year-old mother known for her vibrant spirit and dedication to her 12-year-old daughter. Tragically, she was shot and killed while attending an artistic event organized by the Ministry of Education in Costa Rica on June 18, 2023. Her family describes her as hardworking, often selling churros and empanadas to support her family. Her untimely death has raised concerns about public safety and the prevalence of violence in the community.
