Jociani

Jociani is the wife of Raúl Latorre, the president of the Paraguayan Chamber of Deputies, and she is accompanying him to the funeral of Pope Francis in Vatican City. She is currently pregnant with their third child and has made arrangements for the medical considerations necessary for their travel during this time.
