Joel Gneco Gross is the director of Transit and Roadway at the National Institute of Transit and Land Transportation (Intrant) in the Dominican Republic. He has recently been in the news for overseeing the installation of speed reducers along the Malecón in Santo Domingo, aimed at reducing high-speed traffic and preventing accidents in a popular area frequented by families, tourists, and sports enthusiasts.
