Joel González Toral

Joel González Toral has been appointed as the interim head of the Junta de Caminos del Estado de México following the departure of Ariel Juárez, and he brings a wealth of experience in civil engineering and public works to this role, having previously served as the director of Obras Públicas in Nezahualcóyotl and as the director of Vialidad in the state’s Secretaría de Movilidad.
