Joel Talavera

Joel Talavera is a lawyer representing the paternal grandmother of a two-year-old girl who was reported missing and later found. He was involved in the case after his client was detained at the Silvio Pettirossi International Airport while attempting to board a flight to Chile. Talavera stated that his client cooperated fully with the investigation, despite having the right to remain silent, and assisted authorities by contacting her son in the presence of police.
