Johan Holten

Johan Holten is a Danish arts administrator recently appointed as the director of Arken, one of Denmark's largest art museums, located in Ishøj. He has a rich background in the performing arts, having trained as a ballet dancer at the Royal Danish Ballet before dancing with the Hamburg Ballet. He is the son of former national bank director Bodil Nyboe Andersen and the younger brother of Kasper Holten, the director of the Royal Danish Theatre.
