Johan Manuel Familia

Johan Manuel Familia, alias 'Sin Luz', was a young man with a criminal background who was recently killed in a police shooting during an attempted arrest in Santo Domingo Este. He was wanted for homicide and other serious crimes, including the alleged murder of Amezón Stiven and Alexander Payano.
