Jóhannes úr Kötlum

Jóhannes úr Kötlum was an influential Icelandic poet and writer, celebrated for his lyrical works that often touched on themes of nature and national identity. He gained recognition as one of the winners of a poetry competition during the 1930 Alþingihátíð, which marked the founding of the Samband ungra sjálfstæðismanna.
