John Akidiva

John Akidiva, 77, is a widowed father from Kakamega, Kenya, who lives with a disability. Once a bicycle repairman, John's income dwindled after the rise of motorbikes, plunging him into poverty after the loss of his wife in 2022. He is now a beneficiary of the Seniors Feeding Program run by Mama Ibado Charity, which provides him with monthly food rations and healthcare support, helping him care for his four daughters amidst ongoing challenges.
