John Berinyuy Tatah

Father John Berinyuy Tatah is a Catholic priest who was recently kidnapped by armed men in the Bamenda region of Cameroon. He was taken on November 15, 2025, alongside another priest while returning from a church event. As of late November 2025, he remains in captivity, with his abductors demanding a ransom for his release, a request that the church has declined to meet.
