John Kamotho

John Kamotho, also known as JJ, is a former Environment Minister in Kenya who was recently in the news due to the recovery of 7.11 hectares of land that he had illegally acquired from Karura Forest. The land, valued at Sh2.8 billion, was determined by the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission to have been unlawfully allocated to him in a series of illegal transactions that took place between 1987 and 1995.
