John Martinka

John Martinka is the Project Manager and Past President of the Bellevue Breakfast Rotary Club, overseeing budget and procurement for the Education Through Technology initiative. He has been crucial in sustaining the project through support from the Mill Reef Fund, and he has also established sewing centers around the island for skills development.
