John McCosh, affectionately known as 'Tuatara Ted', is a passionate taxidermist and collector in his 80s, who has spent over four decades assembling an eclectic and extensive collection of taxidermy specimens, including exotic animals and mounted insects, housed in a log cabin on his rural property in South Wairarapa, New Zealand.
