John Rooney
Company Sergeant John Rooney is a member of the Irish Defence Forces who recently completed a peacekeeping mission in Lebanon. He is the uncle of Seán Rooney, a peacekeeper who tragically lost his life during a Unifil mission in 2022, and during this deployment, he aimed to honor his family and his late nephew's legacy.
