John S Doyle

John S Doyle is a writer and environmentalist based in Ireland, known for his efforts in reforesting and nurturing a wood on Ireland’s Wild Atlantic coast. Together with his wife Anne and their family, he embarked on this ecological project in 1992, transforming a barren field into a thriving woodland and garden over the course of three decades. His work reflects not only a personal journey of healing and change but also a commitment to combatting climate change through practical action. Doyle is also recognized for his contributions to radio, being one of the voices behind 'It Says in the Papers' on RTÉ Radio 1’s Morning Ireland.
