John Snorri

John Snorri was an Icelandic mountaineer known for his adventurous spirit and dedication to climbing some of the world's most challenging peaks. He gained recognition for his attempts to summit K2 in winter conditions, showcasing his skills and determination. Tragically, Snorri went missing during a winter ascent of K2 in February 2021, alongside two other climbers, including Muhammad Ali Sadpara, and their bodies were later found, marking a somber moment in the climbing community.
