Johnny Arce

Johnny Arce is a representative of the Union of Merchants of the Mercado Central in San José, Costa Rica. He recently gained attention for presenting a recognition plaque to Bora Milutinovic, the legendary Serbian coach who led the Costa Rican national team during the 1990 FIFA World Cup, in appreciation of his contributions to the team's historic performance.
