Johnstone Sanga

Corporal Johnstone Sanga is an investigating officer in the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) in Kenya. He recently admitted in court that he was unaware of the bail conditions imposed on Ibrahim Rotich, the prime suspect in the murder of athlete Agnes Tirop, and only learned of Rotich's disappearance after an arrest warrant was issued, indicating lapses in the investigation process.
