Joko Soegiarto Tjandra is an Indonesian businessman and fugitive who was convicted of corruption in a case involving the misappropriation of Bank Bali's debt rights. After fleeing to Papua New Guinea in 2009 just before a Supreme Court decision, he evaded capture for over a decade before being apprehended in Malaysia in 2020.
