Jon C. Biro

Jon C. Biro is a seasoned business leader with extensive experience in finance and executive management. He has served as Chief Financial Officer for several public companies, including Harte-Hanks, Exterran Holdings, and Consolidated Graphics. Biro is currently an operational advisor at Snow Peak Capital and has been a board member of Vision Plastics New Zealand since 2010. He holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of Texas and a master's degree in Accounting from the University of Houston. His appointment to the Board of Directors of Perma-Pipe International Holdings, Inc. is effective March 4, 2025, where he is expected to enhance the board's financial expertise.
