Jones Moura

Jones Moura is a former federal deputy and current spokesperson for the Association for the Defense and Support of Municipal Guards in Rio de Janeiro. He has been vocal in opposing the recent proposals by Mayor Eduardo Paes regarding the creation of an armed security force within the Municipal Guard, arguing that the initiative does not adequately represent the interests of the guards and risks creating a parallel state structure in public security.
