Joram Mukalo

Joram Mukalo is a village elder from Shitirira village in Kakamega County, known for his advocacy for the recognition and remuneration of village elders. Following the death of Malava MP Malulu Injendi, Mukalo emphasized the importance of fast-tracking the National Government Coordination (Amendment) Bill, which Injendi sponsored, as a way to honor the late legislator and acknowledge the vital role of village elders in enhancing security and service delivery at the grassroots level.
