Ardèvol began his coaching career in youth basketball with teams in Cornellà and L'Hospitalet before making a transition to senior-level coaching in the LEB Or. He gained experience in the ACB league as the sports director of Manresa from 2007 to 2010 and later served as the technical director for youth basketball at FC Barcelona for five years. Additionally, he has worked as a scout for NBA teams, including the New Orleans Pelicans and the Los Angeles Clippers.
