Jordi Puy Segura
Jordi Puy Segura, born in Encamp in 1979, is a prominent Andorran politician and lawyer. He holds degrees in Environmental Sciences, Journalism, and Law from esteemed universities in Spain. Puy began his professional career in environmental engineering and transitioned to journalism in 2004. By 2007, he was practicing law with a focus on administrative and urban law. His public service career started in 2010, where he served in various roles within the Andorran government, including as the secretary general of the Comú d'Andorra la Vella. He has also co-directed a family business in agrotourism and restoration before becoming the Secretary of State for Economy, Housing, and Labor. Recently, he was appointed as the Chief of Cabinet by the Head of Government, Xavier Espot, effective February 1, 2024.
