Jordie Kevin

Jordie Kevin, alias Noni, is a central figure in the recently dismantled drug trafficking organization known as the Cartel del Caribe Sur in Costa Rica. He, along with his brother, Luis Manuel Picado Grijalba, alias Shock, orchestrated operations that extended the cartel's influence across both the Caribbean and Pacific coasts. Following a major police operation on November 4, 2023, Noni was apprehended, marking a significant blow to the cartel's operations.
