Jörg Brinkmeyer is a shareholder of the American company Transcore, LP, who was recently implicated in a fraudulent scheme involving the establishment of Transcore Latam, S.R.L. in the Dominican Republic, where his identity was allegedly usurped by José Ángel Gómez Canaán to facilitate illegal contracts and misappropriation of public funds.
