Jorge Cólogan

Jorge Cólogan is the Delegate in Cabo Verde for the Canary Islands Foundation for External Action (FUCAEX) and played a key role in the recent exhibition of Pablo Picasso's work, 'O Enterro do Conde de Orgaz', held in Cidade da Praia, aiming to promote Spanish culture and facilitate cultural exchange between Spain and Cape Verde.
