Jorge Cori

Jorge Cori is a Peruvian chess Grandmaster and a celebrated prodigy who, along with his sister Deysi, gained international recognition for their exceptional skills in chess from a young age. At 30, he resides in Chihuahua, Mexico, where he balances his time between teaching chess, preparing for international competitions, and pursuing business ventures. Jorge has shifted focus from competitive play to coaching, running an online chess school with students from over 12 countries, while also contemplating a future role in the Peruvian Chess Federation to promote the sport in his home country.
