Jorge Delgado Panchana is a prominent Ecuadorian sports figure who was re-elected as the president of the Ecuadorian Olympic Committee (COE) after a successful term in which he oversaw the country's best Olympic performance, achieving five medals at the Paris 2024 Games. He made history as the first Olympic athlete to lead the COE.
