Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa

Jorge Eduardo Londoño Ulloa is the General Director of the National Learning Service (SENA) in Colombia, an institution dedicated to vocational education and training. Under his leadership, SENA has launched initiatives to empower entrepreneurs, particularly in marginalized communities, by allocating over $274 billion COP for the development of productive projects aimed at creating employment. His focus is on promoting the entrepreneurial spirit among various sectors of society, including indigenous and afro-descendant communities, and providing them with the necessary resources and support to succeed.
