Jorge G.V.P. was a construction worker from Quito, Ecuador, whose identity was confirmed by the Ecuadorian consulate following a tragic building collapse in Madrid. His remains have not yet been identified, and his family, residing in Spain, is in contact with the consulate for support during this difficult time.
