Jorge Iván Salazar

Jorge Iván Salazar, known by the alias 'Guillermino', was a prominent leader of the Frente 36 dissidents of the FARC, a Colombian guerrilla group. He was recently killed in a police operation in Antioquia. His death sparked controversy when a funeral procession in his honor drew public criticism, including remarks from the Governor of Antioquia, Andrés Julián Rendón, who condemned the glorification of individuals responsible for violence against police forces.
