Jorge Luis Silva Chuna

Jorge Luis Silva Chuna, a former official of the General Directorate of Environmental Health (Digesa) in Peru, is currently under investigation for his alleged involvement in a corruption scheme linked to the Qali Warma program, which provides food assistance to schoolchildren. He is accused of receiving significant bribes to facilitate irregular support for the company Frigoinca, which has been implicated in distributing contaminated food products to schools.
