Jorge Osvaldo Arias

Jorge Osvaldo Arias, a 48-year-old Argentine citizen, was recently apprehended in Asunción for allegedly stealing a mobile phone from an electronics store. The incident, which was captured on security cameras, showed him posing as a customer before taking the device and fleeing the scene. Authorities located him at the Hotel Excélsior, where he surrendered the stolen phone upon confrontation.
