José Alberto Alcántara, also known as 'Jhon El Sicario', is a suspect in a double homicide case in Santo Domingo, where he is accused of being involved in the deaths of two individuals linked to drug trafficking. He recently surrendered to the police in Barahona after being sought by law enforcement.
