José Alejandro Alvarado

José Alejandro Alvarado is the current mayor of Tibás, Costa Rica. He has been called upon by local residents to address the neglect of public spaces in the municipality, particularly in the wake of the passing of the previous mayor, Carlos Cascante. Citizens hope he will take action to improve the condition and cleanliness of public areas.
