José Alejandro Guainaz Messa

José Alejandro Guainaz Messa, known by his alias 'Edwin', is a captured individual linked to the Dagoberto Ramos Ortiz structure of the Central General Staff of the dissident group led by 'Iván Mordisco'. He is regarded as an expert in the installation and activation of improvised explosive devices and has been involved in significant terrorist activities in the Cauca region of Colombia. He was recently apprehended by Colombian authorities following a coordinated operation involving the Police, Army, and Air Force, and faces serious charges including terrorism and illegal arms trafficking.
