José Castro Vide

José Castro Vide is the director of the electric vehicle unit at the Sociedade de Transportes Colectivos do Porto (STCP), where he has been instrumental in enhancing the safety of the tram operations, particularly through the development of an automatic braking system in collaboration with the Instituto de Ciência e Inovação em Engenharia Mecânica e Engenharia Industrial (INEGI).
