José David Figueroa Agosto, also known as 'Junior Capsula,' is a notorious Puerto Rican drug trafficker who was considered a significant figure in the narcotics trade between the Dominican Republic and Puerto Rico. Captured in 2008, after a lengthy manhunt involving multiple law enforcement agencies, he was sentenced in 2012 for leading a large drug trafficking organization. Figueroa Agosto was known for his elaborate escape from prison in 1999 using forged documents and has been linked to numerous criminal activities over the years.
