José Eduardo Borgues

José Eduardo Borgues is a community leader who was recently kidnapped by the ELN (National Liberation Army) in southern Bolívar, Colombia. His abduction is believed to be part of the ELN's strategy to provoke government intervention and escalate the ongoing conflict against rival armed groups, particularly the 'Clan del Golfo'.
