José Escolar is a prominent Spanish cattle breeder known for his tough and unpredictable bulls, which are highly regarded in the traditional Spanish bullfighting circuits. His bulls, originating from Lanzahíta in Ávila, have gained a reputation for their strength and difficulty, making them a formidable presence during the San Fermín running of the bulls in Pamplona.
