José Ezequiel Apodaca

Colonel José Ezequiel Apodaca served as the Chief of Staff of the V Division of the Bolivian Army and is remembered for his courageous defense against Chilean troops during the Battle of Canchas Blancas in the War of the Pacific. His contributions to Bolivia's military history have led to his declaration as a national hero.
