José Feliciano Góngora Solís

José Feliciano Góngora Solís, known as 'el Chano' or 'el Viejo', is a Colombian drug trafficker originally from Tumaco, who built a significant narcotics empire through alliances with notorious criminal organizations, including the Sinaloa Cartel. Having grown up in poverty amidst coca plantations, he carefully operated under the radar for years until his eventual surrender to U.S. authorities in 2016.
