José Julián Riveros Múnera

José Julián Riveros Múnera is a Lieutenant Colonel and the subcommander of the Metropolitan Police of Ibagué, Colombia. He is responsible for overseeing law enforcement operations in the region and has recently been in the news for his role in apprehending a reckless driver who led police on a dangerous chase, injuring officers and causing significant property damage.
